Brad Tolley

President

Brad Tolley serves as president of Shiloh Industries.  Tolley joined the company in 2014 and has held various senior executive roles leading international operations, corporate strategy, business development and technology.  He has been instrumental in Shiloh’s transformation from a regional supplier into a global lightweighting company with operations, sales and technical centers throughout Asia, Europe and North America.  His 27-year career in the global automotive industry includes several leadership positions with Ford Motor Company, Visteon Corporation and Varroc Lighting Systems.  Tolley earned his MBS from Oakland University, and bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Purdue University.

Lillian Etzkorn

Senior VP and CFO

Lillian Etzkorn joined Shiloh Industries in July 2018 as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Etzkorn brings nearly 30 years of automotive and financial management experience to Shiloh. Etzkorn previously held the CFO position at CPI Card Group as well as several senior financial roles at both Ford Motor Company and Dana Incorporated.  She earned her MBA in finance from the University of Michigan, as well as a bachelor’s in business administration from Eastern Michigan University.
