Sarah is a Senior Associate on our Human Capital team in New York, bringing extensive HR experience with a focus on Total Rewards. After graduating from Lehigh University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Management, Sarah moved to Philadelphia to begin her HR career (go Birds!) within the financial services industry, spanning wealth management and private equity. Today she acts as a go-to resource for compensation and benefits.
Sarah may originally be from New Jersey but still claims both Philly grit and NYC energy as part of her personality. Outside of work, Sarah is an avid dog lover. After years of fostering, she “foster failed” in the best way – adopting Roo, a tiny but mighty pup who now serves as the NYC office mascot. Don’t let her size fool you – Roo has a big bark and takes her time warming up to new people, making her a less-than-traditional (and highly selective) HR representative. Around here, you know you’ve made it if you pass the Roo test.
