Sandra is a Senior Associate on our Business Development team based in Amsterdam. She has a Franco-German double degree with a specialization in economics and furthered her education with a double master’s degree in Franco-German management. Throughout her studies, she completed internships in Finance and Business Development in Luxembourg and Berlin. Before MiddleGround, she held the position of Investor Success Associate with Moonfare, a European Retail Private Equity platform.
You can’t tell from her international studies, but Sandra grew up in a small village in the south of Germany; she quickly realized that country life didn’t suit her and would ultimately move through 7 cities across 3 countries during her University years! Her favorite city thus far has been Berlin; she loves a place with an artistic and alternative edge, further proven by her love of metal music! When she isn’t working or headbanging at a show, Sandra loves to learn new languages. She’s even taken intro Mandarin classes, but since her teacher often giggled at her German-Chinese accent, she decided to pursue other languages instead.
