Mycah Miller is the COO Executive Assistant based in our Lexington office. Born and raised in Ashland, Mycah moved to Lexington in 2017 to pursue a degree in Public Health from the University of Kentucky, which helped her excel in her role as Head of Internal/External Relations at Wild Labs. Once hearing about MiddleGround through Krissie Bailey (both our Director of our Human Capital Team AND Mycah’s friend of a friend’s friend… typical Lexington whisper network), she decided to bring her compassionate, hardworking attitude to the Private Equity world.
Like most of MiddleGround, Mycah is a Southerner at heart so it’s only logical that when she cooks, her signature dish is chili (but after delving into sushi TikTok, she’s on a quest to begin a new culinary venture!). When she’s not watching war movies with her boyfriend and Baylor, her mini aussie doodle, she loves listening to all kinds of music (although her favorites are Tyler Childers and Zack Brian) and reading romance novels by Colleen Hoover. According to Mycah, there’s no better way to spend a weekend than eating Mexican food, getting a massage, and lounging on a boat (with a cocktail or two). To be honest, we can’t disagree.
