Alicia Motomura

Alicia is a Director on our Operations Team. She began her career at Benteler Automotive, where she spent more than a decade building expertise across operations and quality leadership roles. Alicia later joined Mubea, where she served as Director of Quality and Lean before stepping up to lead Powertrain North America. She earned her Bachelor of Business from Thomas More University.

She may be small in stature, but Alicia is never hard to find in a room. She brings plenty of energy and just the right amount of volume with her. That same spirit shows up in her loyalties – Alicia is a proud Ohio State Buckeyes fan, despite working at a firm where nearly every employee roots for the University of Kentucky Wildcats. When she is not defending her team allegiance, you can find her at a concert or planning a vacation that most people would call an expedition.
