Mike joined Peterson in 2020, after having most recently served as Alco’s President & CFO. Prior to joining Alco, Mike spent eight years at MPI Products, including four years as Chief Financial Officer and four years as Chief Operating Officer. Mike holds a B.A. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Wayne State University.
Jay joined Peterson in 2020, having most recently served as turnaround CFO in a private equity-owned energy company. He has also held CFO / Turnaround positions in stamping, heavy equipment, and Tier 2 automotive, with additional experience in the manufacturing, defense and government sectors. Jay has 35+ years of experience in finance, and holds a B.A. in Literature and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Michigan.

John spent 30+ years in senior procurement and operations roles at Honda, Motorola, Nissan and Whirlpool, most recently as SVP Global Sourcing for Whirlpool.
