Wes Brown is a Senior Associate on our Transaction team. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Vermont and is the first Catamount at MiddleGround (Vermont’s mascot… don’t ask). He joined us from BMO Capital Markets, where he was most recently an Associate in its healthcare investment banking group.
Wes might just be the first native New Yorker to move to Kentucky without any ties to the state. But as an outdoorsman (catch him in camo hats on calls) who grew up skiing almost half the year, he was looking for a way to work in finance while connecting to nature. Enter MiddleGround. Wes spends his free time playing rec-league ice hockey and fly fishing for Muskie in the hills of eastern Kentucky.
