Tara Doedijns

Tara is an Associate on our Human Capital Team based in the Amsterdam office. Tara began her career in child education before joining EY as a Corporate Recruiter, where she managed full-cycle recruitment for the Financial Services Consulting practice and received the EMEIA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award for her hiring initiatives. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Hanze University of Applied Sciences.

Tara has a passion for human development, psychology, and behavioral science, spending her spare time reading books and listening to podcasts on topics most people save for a quiet Sunday. On weekends, she hosts marathon dinner parties that begin with a tour of Amsterdam’s markets in search of the best ingredients and end with hours behind the stove, leaving behind a kitchen explosion that somehow coexists with her otherwise meticulously tidy home. When Tara is not in the kitchen, she is in the mountains, hiking through Switzerland in the summer, and skiing with the same enthusiasm when snow arrives.
