Tami Aderoba is a Senior Associate on our Operations Human Capital Team and is a graduate of Centre College. After receiving his degree in economics and a minor in education, Tami joined TEKsystems, a staffing agency in Lexington, KY. He fell in love with talent acquisition and dove in headfirst with roles at Uber and Amazon where he held technical recruiting positions… impressive right? Tami got the entrepreneurial itch and started a recruiting firm called Izoba, which primarily handled technical recruiting for startups and early-stage companies.
When Tami isn’t talking to candidates, he enjoys the simple things in life, like spending time with his wife and daughter. One of the many things that drew Tami to MiddleGround was the emphasis on work-life balance, which allows him to not only coach a middle school football team, but to completely turn around their trajectory from a team of benchwarmers to a team of D-1 athletes… okay maybe they aren’t D-1, but with Tami as their coach, they will be one day.
