Tami Aderoba is a Senior Associate on our Human Capital Team and a graduate of Centre College. Armed with a degree in economics and a minor in education, Tami kicked off his career in the staffing industry. He fell in love with talent acquisition and dove in headfirst, going on to hold technical recruiting roles at a few large tech companies. Never one to sit still, Tami caught the entrepreneurial itch and launched his own recruiting firm, focused on building engineering teams for startups and high-growth companies.
What drew Tami to MiddleGround was the chance to partner with some of the sharpest C-suite and executive talent on the planet — placing the leaders who run the show is kind of his thing. When he’s not deep in an executive search, you’ll find him coaching a middle school football team and working tirelessly to turn a group of underdogs into D-1 athletes… okay, maybe not D-1 yet, but with Tami as their coach, they’ll get there one day.
