Sierra Williams

Sierra is our Wellness Coordinator based at our Lexington office. She joins us after graduating from the University of Louisville in Ashland, KY where she obtained her Bachelors in Exercise Science. She is fulfilled by helping people meet their mental/physical health goals and this role is perfect for her since she (in her words) basically lives in the gym already. She might as well work where she lives!  

Sierra is a Kentucky native and like most Kentucky natives, she’s a sports fan. She made an impression during her first week by fake-rooting for the Louisville Cardinals when she’s secretly a Wildcat fan. She almost wore her Cardinal gear to her first UK tailgate – but thought that might’ve taken it a step too far… we think the Lexington team would’ve excommunicated her. Sierra loves to travel and aims to attend music festivals across the country, but Kalama, Washington is the top of her list because it’s where Twilight was filmed. We’ll publicly humiliate her by sharing that she had a cardboard cutout of Jacob from Twilight in her room, with whom she may have shared her first kiss.
