Sierra is our Wellness Coordinator based at our Lexington office. Originally from Ashland, KY, Sierra attended the University of Louisville, where she obtained her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. She is fulfilled by helping people meet their mental/physical health goals, and this role is perfect for her since she (in her words) basically lives in the gym already.
Sierra is a Kentucky native, and like most Kentucky natives, she’s a sports fan. She made an impression during her first week by fake-rooting for the Louisville Cardinals when she’s secretly a Wildcat fan. She almost wore her Cardinal gear to her first UK tailgate – but thought that might’ve taken it a step too far… we think the Lexington team would’ve excommunicated her. Sierra loves to travel, but Kalama, Washington, is at the top of her list because it’s where Twilight was filmed. We’ll publicly humiliate her by sharing that she had a cardboard cutout of Jacob from Twilight in her room, with whom she may have shared her first kiss.
