Nolan Mayfield
Analyst, Human Capital
Nolan is an Analyst on our Human Capital Team. He interned at Schneider Electric as a Human Resources intern before joining MiddleGround as a Human Capital intern and transitioned to a full-time role. Nolan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kentucky and a SHRM-CP certification.
Nolan grew up in Owensboro, Kentucky, and taught himself to ride a bike without training wheels, which even he finds hard to believe. He is a dedicated traveler with some strong favorites already under his belt, Dublin and Bologna among them, though Phoenix also made the list, which we find interesting. Nolan’s favorite movies are Titanic, The Hunger Games, and Avatar (the blue people one, not the cartoon).
