Nick Duncan is an Associate on our Operations Team. Nick graduated from the University of Miami with his degree in industrial engineering while completing an internship with the MiddleGround Operations Team. After graduation, he elected to work as a Body PE Engineer at Toyota… despite that, MiddleGround was always Nick’s dream job. That was solidified after hearing Christian Reisch’s, his old college roommate’s, experience with the firm… not to mention that his dad (Scot Duncan) is also an AVID fan of MiddleGround.
Like many MiddleGrounders, Nick spends most of his free time on the golf course, and even claims to outplay his dad most of the time (we’re sure family supper is interesting after those rounds). Aside from golf, Nick has a zest for travel, with the Hawaiian Island of Oahu being his favorite destination where he hikes, swims, and embraces the Hawaiian culture. That said, you won’t ever find him sporting a Hawaiian shirt in Lexington. He has a keen eye for fashion, sporting streetwear brands like Kith and Stone Island on the regular; he’ll have to show us the ropes so we can all be hip too. We’re so glad to have Nick on the team and can’t wait to see how many of his coworkers he wipes the floor with on the fairway!
