Maria Rosell

Maria is a Senior Associate on our EU Transaction Team based in the Amsterdam office. She joined Abac Capital as an Analyst before being promoted to Associate, where she covered the full investment lifecycle across Spanish mid-cap transactions and served as a board member for two portfolio companies. Maria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from ESADE Business School.

Maria was born and raised in Barcelona, though a childhood stint in Rio de Janeiro gave her the travel bug early.  She has visited every continent but one, and at this point, Antarctica is more of a formality than a destination. Maria’s friends would tell you the most interesting thing about her is her passion for music, with zero genre loyalty whatsoever, and solo concerts spanning indie, rock, techno, reggaeton, and a habit of buying tickets thirty minutes before the opening act. Skydiving is still on Maria’s bucket list, which is arguably the most ordinary thing about her.
