Lukasz is a Vice President on the Operations Team at MiddleGround Capital. He began his career at Procter & Gamble and Coty, where he focused on end-to-end supply chain planning. He later joined McKinsey & Company in the United States, where he advised pharmaceutical and industrial clients on operations strategy and large-scale transformations as an Engagement Manager. Most recently, he served as Director of Quality Strategy and Process at Kenvue, leading global quality management transformation. He holds a bachelor’s in aerospace engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, a master’s in finance from Kozminski University, and a master’s in supply chain management from MIT.
Lukasz has led a global life, moving from Poland to the United States to Switzerland and now to Amsterdam. He gets to know each new place on foot, wandering and people-watching his way through cities. When asked what he enjoyed most about living in the United States, Costco was at the top of the list! Proof that he had embraced the great American tradition of bulk buying, even if he draws a hard line at eating an American hot dog. Lukasz is a certified foodie, and many of his favorite dishes are Asian. He even has a deep fryer for the sole purpose of making his own Taiwanese popcorn chicken at home. His most unexpected skill is driving a forklift, a license he earned expecting to load planes at Heathrow. As it turned out, it was a fitting preview of a career spent on the shop floor.
