Cornelius is an Associate in our Managing Partner Office. He began his career at Deloitte Consulting, where he delivered IT transformation project management for government clients. Cornelius holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and International Business from Northern Kentucky University and an MBA from the University of Kentucky.
Cornelius was born in Tennessee to South African parents, homeschooled through graduation, and is a dual citizen of South Africa. He once drove from Lexington to San Diego nonstop in an Astro van… 52 hours with no stops except for gas, which tells you everything you need to know about how Cornelius tackles problems. Cornelius does triathlons, enjoys backpacking with his wife, and is a “terrible painter”, a detail he volunteered unprompted and without shame. He also has possession of an SEC trophy… ask him about it sometime.
