Being reliable as a supplier will not only retain current customers but will attract new customers who can’t depend on their current suppliers for product. Our companies are also putting emphasis on their websites to drive sales and clearly showcase what our companies do. Lastly, we’re focusing on automation. The labor shortage in manufacturing is a trend that is not going to go away and we can further combat this issue but automation of processes.
